Pizza is great. Things like hot subs needs a bit more seasoning like the cheesesteak items. There is seating there. Quick service.

This is the best pizza place around. It has so many different menu selections, from pizza to appetizers to wraps to desserts. I was happy to see they had a personal pan sized GF pizza! I will definitely be going back for that delicious pizza!

Amazing restaurant. We eat here regularly and they are all super nice friendly amazing staff. The owners are fantastic. When it is quiet they sit and talk to us, super friwndly, you feel like one of the family. Food is amazing and they will cater to your every need, we have never eaten anything sub par or bad here. Portions are huge well worth the money. Great food, great staff. Highly recommend going here.

My girl and I stopped in to check out Carlo's after we had heard such great reviews from some dear friends. So we decided to get a couple of slices.As we stood at the counter and ordered,I noticed I could see into the kitchen.Now being in the service industry field dealing with sanitation issues in kitchens,I must say I was not impressed. The kitchen appeared dirty and cluttered not to mention the guys in back were eating off of what appeared to be a prep table. And it wasn't even busy so there is no excuse for a dirty kitchen. We sat down with our slices.Both slices fell apart as soon as we picked them up. The cheese was disgusting and we couldn't even finish them. Will not ever eat here again once and done. Listen people if the kitchen is dirty just imagine how the food is prepared. Ecco and Tony's will get our business from now on.

Good pizza, but better can be found locally. Cheese and sauce are very good, crust is a bit puffy and tasteless.

I used to work in this shopping center and boy do I miss being so close to this shop! great food and a great staff, I even got my parents hooked before I moved!

Not a bad place in any way but I am personally not a huge fan of the pizza. It has more cheese and less sauce then I prefer and it's more doughy then thin crust. If that is the pizza you enjoy then Carlo's is the place for you!

Best pizza, subs and steak sandwiches in the Coopersburg, Center Valley area. Most of the employees have been there for a long time. Everyone friendly and will take care of whatever special requests you might have.

As close as you can get to NY style pizza outside of NYC! Staff is fantastic!

Delicious pizza & great steak sandwiches

OMG, TODAY IS 2/16/17, I ORDERED $40 WORTH OF FOOD AS I ALWAYS DO FROM MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT!!! I PICKED UP MY FOOD AND DROVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO WORK DURING MY 1/2 HOUR LUNCH BREAK, GOT BACK TO THE JOB TO EAT MY FOOD AND WHEN I OPENED MY GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH, I FOUND THE BOTTOM OF MY BREAD WITH A WHOLE BUNCH OF GREEN MOLD, MIND YOU, I ORDERED FOOD FOR ONE OF MY RESIDENTS AND THANK GOD HE DIDN'T TAKE A BITE BECAUSE HID BREAD WAS FULL OF MOLD AS WELL!!! SO DISAPPOINTING!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! AND WHEN WE RETURNED THE FOOD, THE ENTIRE ORDER THAT NEEDED TO BE REFUNDED ON TO THE DEBIT CARD, HE HAD THE NERVE TO BE PISSED!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE MY FELLOW CARLO'S PATRONS!!!!!

Carlos Pizza is one of the best pizza places in the Lehigh Valley. Food is great. Staff is equally as awesome. Prices are reasonable.

My family's preferred pizza joint. Have been going here for over a decade. Consistently great pizza and don't forget the anti pasta salad.

Food and service are great! The only complaint I have, and it's small, is I hate their napkins! They are thin and small and fall apart easily. They are in a dispenser which is on the table but be prepared to use a lot!

I'm from Brooklyn so I'm very picky with pizza. I wasn't sure if I was going to even find a pizza place around here that was up to my standards but I lucked out. The pizza at Carlos tasted just like Brooklyn pizza, which is the best pizza in the country. I will for sure be back!!!!

We met with friends at this restaurant for a meeting. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. the staff members were so friendly and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was tasty. We loved this spot very much and we shall definitely come back again. Keep it up.

I took pictures of how horrible the pizza looked. And when I called I was blasted for "holding the pizza wrong, we were going to warn you" I didn't know that holding your pizza flat and leave was wrong.... and the managements response was irresponsible, I will be standing out side your store just to show the nature of the pizza you serve which cost 50$ for 2 damn pizzas

Very friendly atmosphere, with great staff that are very warm and inviting. The food was very good, did not skimp out on toppings, or the cheese. Definitely recommend to any pizza lovers!
